1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our service operates on a subscription-based model. We offer three plans: Free, Standard, and Professional. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Creem, our payment processing partner.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be processed using the payment method on file.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of our service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Downgrade of your subscription plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you upgrade to a higher tier, the prorated amount will be charged immediately, and your new features will be available immediately.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your plan features until then.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of that period, and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of Terms of Service violations, abuse, or fraud.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific limits on the number of domains you can manage and the number of emails you can send per month. These limits are clearly displayed on our pricing page.

If you exceed your plan limits, your account may be suspended or you may be required to upgrade to a higher tier. We will notify you when you are approaching your limits.

7. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
