Yes, with a cap of 2 custom domains, 2 custom route templates, and 1 API key. The data still lives in your own D1, so you can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise without migrating anything.

What does Cloudflare's free tier actually cover?

Cloudflare's free tier is what makes the Base plan usable for most individuals and small teams. Workers gets 100,000 requests/day, D1 gets 5 GB of storage and 5 million row reads/day, R2 gets 10 GB of storage and 1 million reads/month, and Email Services ships 3,000 free outbound emails/month. Once you cross any of those, Cloudflare bills you directly — the rate is published at developers.cloudflare.com and Flowmails does not mark it up.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and the Flowmails subscription stops at the next billing cycle. Your data — inbox, outbox, routing rules, API keys — stays in your D1 indefinitely. You can dump it with `wrangler d1 export`, or hand the D1 over to your own Worker that re-implements the same REST surface. Nothing in your account is deleted by Flowmails when you cancel.

Is the Base plan really free, or do I still pay Cloudflare directly?

Base is free from Flowmails — $0 forever. Cloudflare itself is also free for the resources Base uses, within the limits above. So a typical personal domain on Base ($0) plus Cloudflare's free tier ($0) is $0/month end-to-end. The moment you outgrow Cloudflare's free limits — e.g. you need more than 100K Worker requests/day — Cloudflare bills you directly and Flowmails is still $0 on Base.

How does AI overage billing work?

Pro bundles 100 AI draft + reply calls per month with no overage — once you cross that, you upgrade to Enterprise rather than pay per call. Enterprise bundles 2,000 calls per month; anything beyond is $0.05 per call, billed on the next Flowmails invoice. The overage meter is per-account, reset at the start of each billing cycle, and visible in the dashboard's usage page.
