Policy

Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Flowmails CF is built for legitimate, permission-based email routing. This policy defines acceptable use to maintain trust, deliverability, and compliance with Cloudflare Email Services.

Purpose

Flowmails CF provides Cloudflare-native email routing for operators who need reliable, scalable mail flows for their products. The service is designed for transactional and operational email, not unsolicited commercial email.

Prohibited activities

  • Sending unsolicited email, including commercial messages, marketing campaigns, or any form of spam.
  • Using the service to route email from harvested or purchased recipient lists.
  • Operating in a manner that violates applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
  • Using the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempting to bypass or circumvent any routing limits, rate controls, or abuse detection mechanisms.

Sender requirements

  • All sender addresses and domains must be owned or authorized by the operator.
  • Domains must have valid DNS configuration and Email Routing enabled through Cloudflare.
  • Operators are responsible for ensuring recipients have given explicit consent to receive email.
  • All email must include valid headers, accurate sender information, and a clear unsubscribe mechanism where applicable.

Enforcement

Flowmails CF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Operators found to be sending spam or engaging in abusive behavior may have their domains and accounts disabled without prior notice. Cloudflare Email Services may independently throttle or block traffic that violates their acceptable use terms.

Reporting abuse

If you receive spam or abuse email routed through Flowmails CF, contact the operator directly or report the issue through our support channels. We investigate all credible abuse reports and coordinate with Cloudflare when necessary.
